Rasande rytmisk skälvande skör is the work of Lena Josefsson after her return to her own company as head of Raande-Vo. She was previously engaged as Artistic Director for Skånes Dansteater and Orionteatern. In this performance dancers and musicians from two continents meet on stage and a new language, new movements arise, seething with rhythm and happiness. Dance in Värmland produced the performance in collaboration with Raande-Vo Company 2004.

SU-EN Butoh Company
Headless – Love on the Other Side
Susanna Åkerlund, SU-EN, is a dancer, choreographer and a butoh-artist. She is the one choreographer in Sweden who has worked longest to elaborate her own methods and aesthetic with the influences of Japanese buto-dance performance- and concept-art. She has toured the world with her company.
Headless – love on the other side was performed in Linköping, Umeå and Vilhelmina.
Jenni Kivelä
Red-Letter Days (Juhlapäiviä)
Jenni Kivelä got her breakthrough 2002 as a young choreographer from Finland, the same year as she graduated from the college of Performing Arts in Helsinki. Choreographically she mixes text with motion, energic, poetic and sometimes very comical dance-performances with a sense of melancholy, similar melancholy as in the films made by the Kaurismäki brothers.
Red-Letter Days was performed in Jönköping, Linköping, Umeå, Stockholm and Gävle.
La Calebasse de Merlin Nyakam
Récréation primitive
The Company La Calebasse de Merlin Nyakam was founded in 2000 by choreographer Merlin Nyakam, born in Cameroon. He was for a long time the star dancer of the Cameroon national ballet, but is now working in France. In Récréation primitive five dancers mix African expression with European, and three musicians mix J. S. Bach with traditional African music. A sensuous mix with music.
Récréation primitive was performed in Västerås, Stockholm, Gävle, Umeå, Jönköping and Linköping.
Rani Nair
Well
Well was created in residence with Dansnät Sverige, hosted by the municipality of Jönköping.
Rani Nair is known as an excellent solo dancer and for her personal mix with western contemporary dance and traditional Indian dance. Rani Nair, together with the two dancers Anna Pehrsson and Maria Naidu, have for the first time created her first group work. The performance mixes text and motions, images and music.
Well was performed in Jönköping, Eksjö, Uddevalla, Stockholm, Hagfors, Linköping, Gävle, Västerås, Umeå and Härnösand.
Idiot Savant

In the newly started new-circus group Idiot Savant’s performance about modern men on the boarders of creative collapse participates, amongst other artists, a professional magician and “the Balloon-man” from Cikus Cirkör. Equipped with different new-circus’ tools and with a large dosage of self-irony they inspire hope and relief and the possible return to feeling bored.
Vita män was performed in Stockholm, Linköping, Gävle and Västerås.

Accents The Show
Clever, generous – and brutal – street-dance from S:t Petersburg in Russia to scenography and music all created by Konstantin Bredis (Masta BK). Top 9 has participated in number of large international competitions, toured Europe and made in 2004 great success at Parkteatern. A break-dance performance full of unexpected musical choices, rhythms and ideas, from ritual dances to acrobatic tricks.

Carl Olof Berg
Helkväll med Berg
Carl Olof Berg has since his graduation as a choreographer 1998 worked both with theatre and opera. But has above all worked with dance, and has in his 10 musical dance performances, for small and large stages, shown his absolute belief in dance movements as an intermediary of emotions and powerful messages. The evening includes the duet Play me the Bolero from 2004 and the completely new performance Revolver with three dancers.
Helkväll med Berg was performed in Stockholm, Umeå, Linköping, Jönköping and Säffle.
